UNDERWATER INSPECTION

CHITTAGONG OCEAN TRADEwill help you find the best solution for any underwater inspection or maintenance service your ship needs at Chittagong. We will immediately mobilize our diver and technician specialist to locations at the Port of Chittagong as well as to carry out necessary repair work without the need to drydock.

Bunkering

BUNKERS AND LUBE OIL

CHITTAGONG OCEAN TRADE will conduct the required negotiations with the suppliers for the best price and also carry out the necessary documentation for the vessel to receive the bunkers in the harbor of offshore as requires by the owners. Bunker surveys will be facilitated and the owner’s sample couriered per instructions where necessary.

SUPPLY PROCEDURE

Marine One engages in brokering the supply of marine bunker fuels to vessels. Bunkers are available for bulk supply by bunker tanker, supplied off port limits or alongside in the port of Chittagong, Matarbari. Mongla, and Kutubdia; in Galle, the supply is by bowser. Lub oil too is available by bowser supply.

MARINE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

We carry out annual inspection of Lifeboats, Launching Appliances and On-Load Release Gears following IMO Guidelines MSC/Circ.1093. We use certified lifeboat test bags to carry out five yearly load testing of on-load release gears as per MSC.216 (82).

HOOK RETROFIT

As per the new regulations MSC.1/Circ. 1392, all on-load release mechanisms that are not compliant with the “LSA Code”, have to be replaced or modified at the next scheduled Dry-dock after 1st July 2014 and before 1 July 2019.
